Does the thought of going to the gym spark feelings of intimidation and anxiousness? You may look at the big, bulky equipment in a box gym and wonder how the heck to use it properly. There could be a fear of being judged by others or a lack of confidence in what your body and mind are capable of. That, my friend, is gymtimidation and you are not alone. The good news is that we are here to help!

At Tribe Fitness, our instructors and fellow participants welcome you with a genuine hello. The confidence that we have in our Tribe is infectious and soon enough, you’ll feel it too. Never been on a “spin” bike? No problem. We set you up and show you exactly what you need to know. Can’t touch your toes? Let’s modify by reaching for your knees. Don’t know how to deadlift properly… or even what a deadlift is? We got you. Not sure if you’ll make it through the class? Trust the process. We’re gonna work, we’re gonna laugh, we’re gonna sweat, and believe it or not, we’re even gonna have fun doing it.

Every one of us at Tribe approaches fitness as a journey honoring where you’re at while forging forward to where you want to go. Every time each of us walks into the studio, we chose the path we want to take free of judgement and with an abundance of acceptance.
